Paytweak is a FinTech start-up company which provides secure and unique services for online-payments through links, which can be sent by Emails, SMS, chats and bots. Paytweak is connected to more than 500 banks and PSP around the world to accept all payment means and issues electronic Bank transfer & direct debit authorizations.

How did the idea for the business originate?

The CEO & founder credit card was hacked after he gave the details by phone. Afterwards, he decided to create a secured service for online-payments and protect customers’ bank cards.

Do you have customers yet? If not, how far into your business lifecycle are you?

More than 3000+ & 600 corporate customers and partners not only in France but in Europe, USA and Japan. Our next big development is aimed at the Russian market.

Our customers are from tourism sphere (hotels, hotel chains, tour operators, call center), retailers and classic distance selling domain.

How have you funded your growth to date?

Paytweak has a significant number of investors in France who support and approve its development. Moreover, our company has successful marketing campaign. Well-known magazines and newspapers publish articles in which they recommend our service and we have participated in several tele programs.

What would a successful year look like for you?

Our goal this year is to successfully enter the Russian market and expand our customer network. We would like to tell the world about our service and provide all companies with secure payments.

Outside of your own business, which start up do you admire the most and why?

We support all the start-ups and do not want to highlight some particular company.
