Our wide range of SaaS screening tools enable organisations to conduct regulatory Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud prevention due diligence. Our services include ID, document and Age verification, PEP and Sanctions screening, affordability checks and source of funds.

How did the idea for the business originate? 
The rapid growth of fraud and increased regulation is putting pressure on payments companies and e-commerce organisations to verify the identity of their customers.

Many companies provide data and others offer individual identity checks (name, address, age, date of birth etc), but there was no collaborative approach between them and customers were left with multiple contracts, multiple agreements and multiple invoices.

Do you have customers yet? If not, how far into your business lifecycle are you?

We have 100 customers all around the world.

How have you funded your growth to date?
We’ve managed to secure funding this far from a combination of Angels, Development Banc of Wales and from Mercia Technology Investors. 

What would a successful 2018 look like for you?

To launch our exciting new product range which is currently in development which includes cutting edge affordability checks, facial comparison, source of wealth. 

We’re also aiming to continue our strong headcount growth and acquisition and further enhance our year on year commercial over 90% growth.

Outside of your own business, which model and company do you admire the most and why? 
Currency Cloud and Transfer Wise, who are disrupting the foreign currency market and any of the challenger banks such as Starling and Monzo.
