Innovation Manager, Global Innovation FCA

Geraldine Kraev is the Innovation Manager focusing on Global Innovation at the FCA. She is responsible for international engagement, innovation impact and the Global Financial Innovation Network (GFIN). As a regular speaker and moderator at international trade forums, industry events and regulator forums, Geraldine is recognised for being a keen advocate for enabling beneficial innovation and international collaboration. She is also the driving force behind the recent GFIN Greenwashing TechSprint which brought together firms and international regulators to develop solutions for Greenwashing in Financial Services.

Geraldine joined the FCA in 2020 from the Swiss Embassy in London and prior to that was Director of Operations at a geopolitical think tank. She specialises in connecting and delivering innovation and has delivered major projects across a range of different sectors.
