Justin is Head of Risk at Millennium Global Investments and has responsibility for overseeing the firm’s risk management framework. He monitors risk across investment programmes and chairs the firm’s Risk Management Committee. Previously, Justin was working as a quantitative manager at Millennium Global Investments, developing systematic currency alpha products and dynamic currency hedging solutions for institutional investors. Prior to joining Millennium, Justin taught financial economics as a lecturer at the University of Glasgow, where he developed and delivered a financial risk analysis course for postgraduate students. He has also taught derivatives and asset pricing courses for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Justin’s research interests centre on econometric modelling and quantitative risk analysis and he has presented his research at many conferences, such as the Royal Statistical Society Annual Meeting and International Risk Management colloquia. Justin has a PhD degree in Financial Econometrics from the University of Lancaster.  He holds a Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF), Financial Risk Manager Certificate (FRM) and Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
