Matt Bonetti is Head of DCX, or Digital Colleague Experience, at Hargreaves Lansdown, the UK’s no.1 investment platform for private investors. His role is to create the conditions that make it easier for HL’s digital teams to do their best work, which involves a bit of technology but a lot of cat herding. He is a maths geek who fell in love with coding but now has a passion for coaching, mentoring and finding out what makes digital teams high performing. Despite over 25 years of experience, he still finds every day is a school day.
