Nicky’s skills and experience are in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales and Marketing. Having worked at Mastercard and American Express and previously across various industries from sport, hospitality and entertainment. Her strengths are in connecting people and companies together in order to create strong and committed partnerships and to deliver on common goals and drive results. She joined Mastercard in 2017 on their first Returnship programme supported by Women Returners and is a huge advocate for them. As part of the Mastercard Women’s Leadership Network she participated in panel events, presentations and conferences to drive awareness of Returnship Programmes and support women in getting back into work after a career break. She has joined WIBF as Head of Corporate Partnerships and is very passionate about diversity and inclusion and in particular supporting women in the world of banking and finance. Prior to joining Mastercard, Nicky took a sabbatical from work to live in Southern Spain for a year, working on a project to reform a very old house that she had bought. She moved the family out there to experience life in Spain, explore the country and to learn to speak the language. Outside of work she has qualified as a tennis coach and masseur and enjoys playing most sports.
