Ole Jorgensen, Ph.D., Director of Research. Ole Jorgensen (OJ) holds a position as Director of Research responsible for quantitative emerging markets research. He leads Global Evolution’s work on operationalizing AI into the investment process in the form of ML for forecasting purposes and NLP sentiment analysis. Previously, in Washington D.C., OJ worked for the World Bank as an economist responsible for seven frontier market countries. OJ has been a Professor of Economics, with a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in international macroeconomics. OJ has since graduated a strategic AI course at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an Executive Program at the Singularity University in Silicon Valley, USA.
