Melissa Lin is a senior data scientist in the AI investing team at NN Investment Partner. She combines her in-depth knowledge in the financial market with statistical and machine learning models to generate investment signals from structure and unstructured financial data. Previously, Melissa is an assistant professor of finance at Erasmus University Rotterdam where she published her research in top international journals in the fields of empirical asset pricing and asset management. Melissa got her Ph.D. in Finance at National University of Singapore. She is a CFA charter holder and sits in the active investing committee as well as the quant committee of CFA society VBA Netherlands.
