Mohamed Abuelgasim joined HBKU after a 15-year career in consulting and business operations across three continents, his track record in executive education programme development includes stints working closely with government, public, and private sector organizations around the world. As an Advisor at the Institute of Capability Development in the Diwan of Royal Court in Oman, and subsequently as a Senior Advisor for the Royal Academy of Management in Oman, he oversaw the creation of comprehensive executive education programs, ensuring their design and delivery supported the Omani government’s strategic human development goals in line with the Oman Vision 2040. Prior to this, he served as a senior member of the core team that launched HEC Paris in Qatar in 2010, playing an integral role in shaping their Executive MBA, Specialized Masters, and both custom and open executive education programmes in collaboration with Qatar Foundation. He also acted as Business Development Director at Henley Business School, UK, and conducted executive education courses with various prestigious institutions including University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, IMD Business School (Switzerland), the Civil Service College Singapore, and more.
