COVID 19 Policy

We look forward to welcoming you to our in-person events. The safety of you, our attendees and our staff are our priority, and we encourage all event attendees to be fully vaccinated. The City’s proof of vaccination policy has been lifted and in line with local requirements all event attendees will no longer be required to show proof of their vaccination status upon entering the event. Additionally, in line with City requirements attendees are no longer required to wear face coverings at the event, however, may do so if they wish.

Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the event as we are committed to making the event as safe as possible.

We ask that every person at the event self-monitor for symptoms of illness before entering the event each day. If you are feeling feverish, have a persistent cough, or are otherwise experiencing potential symptoms of Covid-19, please do not enter the venue, and contact the Alpha Events team at info@alphaevents.com to inform them you will not be attending.

By following these guidelines, we feel confident that you can network, attend sessions, and move around freely without social distancing. However, this is at your discretion, and we encourage all attendees to respect fellow attendee’s right to socially distance.

Alpha Events reserves the right to modify this policy in the event of updated Covid-19 guidance or as other circumstances may warrant. Attendees should always follow directions that are given by Alpha Events or venue staff, to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. Should you at any time have any questions or concerns regarding the policy, please reach out to any Alpha Events staff member at the event.

Please note requirements are subject to change. Alpha Events will continuously review and update this policy in line with the City of Boston advice. Please email info@alphaevents.com for further information.
