Amit has been building, growing and running profitable conference and exhibition businesses around the globe for the last 20 years. He has launched industry-leading events in markets as diverse as Ecommerce, Financial Services, Supply Chain, and Procurement. He believes passionately in building companies by hiring, training and developing the best people, within a culture of excellence.

Justin Tadman
Managing Director


Justin has been running large scale events for over 20 years. This included 15 years at Reed Exhibitions (the world’s largest exhibition business and part of FTSE100 RELX) where as Divisional MD he managed a team of 120 people with annual revenues in excess of £50m. In addition to the corporate environment, Justin has also been successful in the start-up space, gaining investment for a B2C start-up business and launching a new conference business for Newsweek.

 

Lucy Green
Marketing Director


Lucy has been marketing events for over 15 years including conferences, awards, exhibitions and festivals. This included two years marketing The London Book Fair at Reed Exhibitions, launching the BMJ Awards at the British Medical Journal and marketing The National Pet Show and Dogfest for the Channel 4 Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick.

 

 

Moira Robertson
Sales Director


Moira has been involved in the media, data and conferences sector for over 20 years, managing teams of sales professionals and directly providing sales solutions herself. Having worked in Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore and London and across numerous sections, including finance, procurement, defence and e-commerce, Moira is driven to provide the best possible solutions to meet client’s needs.

 

Thomas Allum
Sales Executive


Tom has experience in selling commodities and online marketing whilst providing excellent customer service. This included sales at Australian wine club ‘United Cellars’ and an online marketing agency.

 

 

Ellie Williams
Marketing Coordinator


Prior to working at Alpha Events, Ellie completed two ski seasons in France as a Chalet Chef and was Cabin Crew for British Airways. She has a certificate of higher education in Theatre Production: Arts and Stage Management from University of Winchester.

 

Amber Tavener
Event Coordinator


Before joining Alpha, Amber started her career in Events as an apprentice at a co-working space called TMRW. During that time she volunteered and freelanced in multiple roles to develop her skills further, including working on-site at festivals such as Boomtown and coordinating charity events for Cancer Research.

 

Grace Newman
Event Coordinator


Grace has a degree in History from King’s College London. Throughout her time at university, she worked on a variety of events with the City of London Corporation at the Guildhall. Since graduating she has enjoyed being a part of running the Royal Horticultural Society’s (RHS) Flower shows at Hyde Hall and Wisley.
