Following the initial overview, the masterclass delves into "Decide," a 60-minute deep dive into GQI's proprietary methodology for identifying quantum use cases across various industries. This segment will break down the methodology, provide real-world examples, and share templates, enabling attendees to clearly envision near, medium, and long-term applications for quantum technology within their own contexts.

The final 30-minute segment, "Execute," focuses on practical implementation, guiding participants on how to secure stakeholder buy-in and develop a quantum strategy that extends beyond mere use cases, encompassing education and methodology.
