The session begins with "Discover" a 30-minute overview that demystifies the current state of quantum computing and offers practical advice on how to get started. Participants will gain an unbiased perspective on where to focus their efforts, identify potential partners, and grasp what's truly achievable in the near future. This foundational segment aims to equip attendees with the initial clarity needed to navigate the quantum landscape effectively.

Following the initial overview, the masterclass delves into "Decide," a 60-minute deep dive into GQI's proprietary methodology for identifying quantum use cases across various industries. This segment will break down the methodology, provide real-world examples, and share templates, enabling attendees to clearly envision near, medium, and long-term applications for quantum technology within their own contexts.

The final 30-minute segment, "Execute," focuses on practical implementation, guiding participants on how to secure stakeholder buy-in and develop a quantum strategy that extends beyond mere use cases, encompassing education and methodology. Attendees will leave with a take-home project charter to articulate their quantum computing initiatives. The masterclass concludes with an "Inquiry" session, where audience questions can be submitted to a dedicated GQI email for comprehensive answers.

The traditional debate of PQC vs QKD has led to a disconnect across the computational and quantum cybersecurity communities. This has to stop. There is a use case for QKD, though with current generation technology it is a narrow one.
