Dr. Saad Alowayyed is the general manager of Quantum Technology and Advanced Computing Institute at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST). He also leads a quantum economy project at Center for Fourth Industry Revolution Saudi Arabia (C4IR SA) in collaboration with World Economic Forum. Dr. Alowayyed holds PhD in computing from the University of Amsterdam and MBA from Boston University, with +15 years of experience in computing including high performance computing and quantum.
