BMW i Ventures is the Venture Capital Fund of the BMW Group. Tobias is part of the European BMW i Ventures team, responsible for technology investments in Europe & Israel in the areas AutoTech, Mobility, Smart Production & Sustainability. He is investing in venture-backed companies since 2008. Prior to joining BMW in 2015, Tobias worked for 7 years for the Corporate Venture of US based 3M Company. He holds a master’s in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of Stuttgart.
