When is Quantum.Tech World and what are the event timings?
Conference days
Thursday June 25, 2026: 9:00am – 5:45pm
Friday June 26, 2026: 9:00am – 4:15pm
Breakfast Workshops: Registration opens at 7:30am on both days.
Premium Visitors Only Site Tour Day:
Wednesday June 24, 2026, 2:30pm – 5:30pm.

How do I get to Encore Boston Harbor by public transport?
There are several convenient public transport options:
- MBTA lines: Orange, Silver and Blue
- Bus routes: 104, 105, 109
What is the nearest airport and how long does it take to get there?
The nearest airport is Boston Logan International Airport, approximately 3.4 miles away.
This is roughly a 20-minute taxi journey or around 1 hour via public transport, depending on traffic and connections.
Is parking available at the venue?
Parking at Encore Boston Harbor
- Free self-parking is available daily for visitors.
- Overnight parking is available to hotel guests only.
How do I collect my badge when I arrive?
The main entrance to Quantum.Tech World is via the Convention Centre. Please follow venue signage to the Picasso Ballroom on the Casino Level.
Use your QR code at one of the badge printers to print your badge. Our registration team will be onsite to support with any questions or issues.
Badges will also be available in the event app two weeks prior to the event.
Is there an event app and what does it include?
Yes. Our event app includes your digital badge, the full agenda and networking tools so you can connect with other attendees and plan your time onsite.
We’ll share download instructions and access details closer to the show.
What else should I know? (Wi-Fi, food & drink, age policy)
- Wi-Fi: Free venue Wi-Fi is available (unsupported).
- Food & drink: Catering and hospitality is available across Encore Boston Harbor. You’ll also find an onsite café within the exhibition called Q.Bites.
- Children: As Encore Boston Harbor is a casino resort, the venue operates a strict over-21 policy.

Vendor / Supplier FAQ
Information for solution and service providers attending Quantum.Tech World as vendors.
Where can I purchase a Vendor / Supplier pass?
You can purchase a Vendor / Supplier pass during registration. On the registration webpage, navigate to the second tab, complete the form, and you’ll be able to purchase your supplier ticket as part of that process.
Please note: each member of your organisation attending the show must purchase a Vendor pass. All registrations are monitored and registrations using false information may be rejected.
What is a Vendor pass?
A Vendor (Supplier) pass is designed for industry solution and service providers who want to attend without exhibiting.
It allows commercial organisations to experience the content, meet buyers and connect with other suppliers, while keeping the show floor focused and high-calibre for all attendees.
What does a Vendor pass grant me access to?
A Vendor pass grants you access to Quantum.Tech World as a commercial technology or service provider. You can:
- Attend sessions and talks
- Network with attendees and other vendors
- Explore the exhibition floor
How much is a Vendor pass?
Visitor entrance is free; a Vendor / Supplier pass is $2,499. Please make sure you select the correct option during registration.
What should I do when I arrive at the show?
When you arrive at Quantum.Tech World, head to the registration area to print your badge using your QR code.
Staff will be available onsite to help with any registration or badge issues.
I’ve visited Quantum.Tech World as a Vendor — what happens next?
Vendor passes are a great way to get a feel for the show, meet other suppliers and understand the audience Quantum.Tech World brings together each year.
If, after attending, you decide you’d like to invest further in the show, visit the Sponsorship Sales Lounge onsite and speak to our Business Development team. They can walk you through exhibiting and sponsorship options.
