Visitors Terms & Conditions

Admission
Admission is restricted to registered visitors holding a valid badge.
The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse admission or remove any individual whose conduct may compromise the safety, security or orderly operation of the event.
Visitors may be subject to bag inspections, metal detector screening or other reasonable security measures as a condition of entry


Identification
Visitors may be asked to provide photographic identification.
Badges must be worn visibly at all times and may not be shared or transferred.


Health & Safety
Visitors must comply with all applicable venue policies and the lawful instructions of venue personnel and event staff. Including;
•    Venue health and safety procedures 
•    Fire evacuation instructions 
•    Security screening requirements 
•    Instructions issued by event staff 
•    Drone prohibitions
•    Service Animals & Accessibility
•    Smoking & Vaping restrictions

Accessibility
The Organizer is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for attendees with disabilities. Requests should be submitted in advance where possible.

Photography & Recording
Photography and filming may occur throughout the event.
By entering the event, you grant the Organiser permission to photograph, film or record your likeness for promotional, editorial and archival purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Photography of exhibitor stands, products or presentations should only take place with permission from the exhibitor.


Personal Property
Visitors are responsible for their own belongings.
The organizer accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property.


Children
Unless specifically stated, persons under the age of 16 are not permitted.
Children attending approved events must remain under adult supervision.


Commercial Activity
Unauthorized selling, marketing, canvassing or distribution of promotional material is prohibited.


Intellectual Property
Visitors must respect exhibitors' intellectual property rights and confidential information.


Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Including but not limited to;
•    Severe weather 
•    Public health emergencies 
•    Government orders 
•    Terrorism 
•    Labour disputes 
•    Utility failures 
•    Venue unavailability

Liability
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including those arising from large public gatherings, except to the extent caused by the Organizer's negligence or as otherwise required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.


Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be processed in accordance with the organizers' Privacy Policy.


Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

 

Visitor Code of Conduct


Our Commitment
We are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone attending our event. This Code of Conduct applies to all visitors, exhibitors, speakers, contractors, suppliers, and event staff.

By attending the event, you agree to behave professionally and respectfully and to help create a positive experience for all participants.

Expected Behavior
All attendees are expected to:

·       Treat others with courtesy, dignity, and respect. 

·       Conduct business professionally and honestly. 

·       Follow the instructions of event staff, venue personnel, and security. 

·       Respect the venue, exhibit, and event facilities. 

·       Comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations. 

·       Report any behavior that makes you or others feel unsafe. 

·       Activities that intentionally disrupt presentations, exhibitor meetings or the operation of the event are prohibited

Unacceptable Behavior
We are committed to providing an environment free from harassment and discrimination. Harassment or discrimination based on any protected characteristic under applicable federal, New York State or New York City law will not be tolerated. The following behavior's will not be tolerated:

·       Harassment, bullying, or intimidation. 

·       Discrimination based on age, disability, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or any protected characteristic. 

·       Offensive, abusive, or threatening language or behavior. 

·       Physical violence or unwanted physical contact. 

·       Sexual harassment or inappropriate advances. 

·       Deliberate disruption of presentations, meetings, or exhibition activities. 

·       Theft, vandalism or damage to property. 

·       Possession or use of illegal substances. 

·       Excessive intoxication that impacts the safety or enjoyment of others. 

·       Filming or photographing where prohibited by exhibitors or the organizer. 

·       Weapons of any kind, including firearms where prohibited by the venue or applicable law, are not permitted.

Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to:

·       Event Information Desk 

·       Event Security 

·       Any member of the event team

Reports will be reviewed promptly by the Event Management Team. Appropriate action will be taken based on the circumstances, which may include investigation, removal from the event or referral to venue security or law enforcement.

Enforcement
The organizer reserves the right to:

·       Issue a warning. 

·       Remove an individual from the event without refund. 

·       Revoke event credentials. 

·       Contact venue security or emergency services where appropriate. 

·       Restrict attendance at future events.
