Elizabeth Rothenberger

Elizabeth Rothenberger is a Senior Director in FTI Consulting's Public Affairs practice, helping clients in the tech, media, and telecommunications sectors achieve business and policy objectives in an ever-changing media and policy environment. Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience working on behalf of the nation's largest technology and connectivity companies to develop and execute effective strategic communications plans that clearly communicate business priorities to a variety of audiences. During her time at FTI she has provided counsel to a variety of clients looking to improve their position or reputation in the market, as well as those facing challenging litigation, regulatory investigations, reputational issues, financial instability, and policy and political uncertainty. Prior to joining FTI, she worked at Charter Communications where she grew the office's communications capabilities to improve brand perception, create a unique and clear identity through traditional and digital communications, and position the company as a thought-leader on the top issues facing the industry. Prior to her position at Charter, Elizabeth worked at NCTA—The Internet & Television Association, where she developed knowledge of the legislative and regulatory process and gained expertise in emerging tech, media policy, privacy, intellectual property, communications infrastructure, and internet regulation. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from American University in Washington, D.C.
