Guy Etgar

Guy Etgar is Vice President for North America at HEQA Security, where he leads U.S. market entry, customer development, partnerships, and commercial expansion. He is focused on building HEQA's North American presence and bringing the company's quantum networking and secure communications technologies to enterprise, financial services, telecom, cloud, critical infrastructure, and government-related markets. Guy brings more than two decades of experience building markets for emerging technologies across quantum networking, secure communications, AI, IoT, wireless, and semiconductors. He has built his career at the intersection of entrepreneurship, strategic partnerships, product commercialization, and organizational scale, with a focus on translating breakthrough technologies into real-world adoption. A repeat entrepreneur and global growth executive, Guy has co-founded two technology companies, including Insoundz, a generative AI audio enhancement company where he served as CEO. He has also held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Tyco, Powermat, and Texas Instruments, where he led strategic partnerships, go-to-market initiatives, licensing, and global growth. Across both startup and large-company environments, Guy has worked with enterprise customers, technology partners, OEMs, investors, and cross-border teams to open new markets and scale high-performing organizations. His perspective is shaped by decades of helping emerging technologies move from early innovation to customer adoption, commercial traction, and market leadership. At HEQA, Guy is applying this experience to a major infrastructure shift: quantum-era secure networking. His work focuses on U.S. market development, strategic partnerships, customer adoption, and long-term growth. Guy holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

DAY 2 FRIDAY JUNE 26TH

12:35 PM The Quantum-Safe Infrastructure for the AI Era

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly evolving from an application layer technology into critical digital infrastructure. As organizations invest in AI factories, sovereign AI initiatives, and autonomous systems, unprecedented volumes of data, models, and machine-generated intelligence are being created, moved, and consumed across increasingly distributed environments.

While much of the industry's focus remains on compute, algorithms, and model performance, a fundamental question is emerging: What infrastructure will be required to ensure trust, security, and resilience in the AI era?
At the same time, advances in quantum computing are driving a reassessment of the cryptographic foundations that secure today's networks. The convergence of these trends is creating new challenges for protecting AI assets, including training data, model weights, inference traffic, and autonomous machine-to-machine communications.
This session explores the concept of quantum-safe infrastructure as the foundation for trusted AI ecosystems. It examines the evolving threat landscape, the unique security requirements of the AI data pipeline, and the role of next-generation cryptographic and networking technologies in securing the future of AI.
Attendees will gain a strategic perspective on the intersection of AI, networking, and quantum technologies, and why the future of trusted AI may depend as much on infrastructure as it does on intelligence.

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Guy.
