Sierra Clouse is the Founding Managing Partner of Barclo Venture Studio, where she is mobilizing the US Pacific Northwest to lead the next phase of essential innovation — powered by advanced compute, quantum technologies, and intelligence architectures built to address humanity’s and the planet’s most complex challenges. Barclo’s “Research → Roadmap → Revenue” model helps founders and research-based teams move beyond traditional B2B SaaS assumptions, identifying real use cases, validating market pathways, and building products that require new computational and data architectures. Sierra works alongside founders, research labs, and enterprise partners to translate breakthrough science into deployable and scalable solutions with clear commercial value. She also leads Quantum Curio, a program designed to build shared fluency and collaborative capacity across the region’s emerging quantum ecosystem — giving founders access to aligned talent, strategic partners, and early adopters. The series hosted the first quantum-focused event at Seattle Tech Week and is the only US Pacific Northwest program featured on the global Quantum2025.org calendar, helping the region move from curiosity to coordinated progress.
