Qunnect is innovating products to lay the foundation for the Quantum Internet by transforming telecommunications fiber infrastructure into quantum networks. In 2021 the company sold the world's first commercial Quantum Memory which does not require extreme cooling or vacuum support, addressing a key challenge to scalable deployment. The company's products include the core components to enable entanglement swapping protocols as well as support products to provide highly-accurate local references across the network. In 2022 Qunnect began construction of GothamQ, a metropolitan fiber testbed in NYC, dedicated to field testing their products in real-world conditions
