Senior Program Manager, Research & Technology - Federal Research & National Labs Airbus AmericasSean Jones is a Senior Program Manager for Research and Technology (R&T) at Airbus Americas where he is responsible for developing and managing partnerships with research and technology communities in North America. With a focus on Federal and US National Laboratory research, he is working toward the advancement of technologies that will enable future aviation platforms and supporting infrastructure ranging from electrification and hydrogen propulsion to quantum technologies.
Prior to joining Airbus, Sean spent his career leading wide-ranging engineering and technology insertion projects across the aerospace, defense, and maritime industries. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
