How do I get to Encore Boston Harbor?
Public transport:
- MBTA lines – Orange, Silver, Blue
- Bus routes – 104, 105, 109
Nearest airport: Boston Logan International Airport – 3.4 miles away, ~20 min taxi or ~1 hour public transport.
Is parking available at the venue?
- Free self-parking daily
- Overnight parking for hotel guests only
Badge Collection
Main entrance is the Convention Centre. Follow signs to the Picasso Ballroom on the Casino Level.
Use your QR code to print your badge; staff will assist onsite. Badges available in the event app 2 weeks prior.
Is there an event app?
The app includes digital badge, agenda and networking tools. Download details shared closer to the show.

Information for solution and service providers attending Women’s HealthX as vendors.
Where can I purchase a supplier pass?
During registration, go to the second tab and fill in the form to purchase your ticket. Each member attending must purchase a pass.
What does a Vendor pass grant?
Allows industry solution and service providers to attend without exhibiting and access sessions, networking and exhibition floor.
How much is a Vendor pass?
Visitor entrance is free; Supplier pass is $399. Select the correct option during registration.
