Beth Quinn

Senior Director, Women’s Health Operations UPMC

Beth Quinn is a senior healthcare operations leader with 30 years of clinical and administrative experience in women's health. She began her career at UPMC as a bedside nurse and advanced through progressive management and senior leadership roles, bringing a strong clinical foundation to system-level operational strategy. In her current role as Senior Director of Women's Health Operations, Beth supports the development and execution of clinical and operational strategies, including the adoption of innovative technologies across the UPMC Women's Health Service Line. Her scope includes operational oversight for collaborative, standardized processes across 15 hospitals and numerous outpatient clinics, with a focus on improving consistency in patient education, policies, and workflows throughout the pregnancy episode of care. Beth serves as the administrative leader for in-hospital birth doula programs and postpartum hypertension remote monitoring programs across five hospitals. She also provides leadership for lactation services and systemwide efforts to expand access to breastfeeding support for intrapartum and postpartum patients. She has clinical and administrative oversight for a Level III, 83-bed neonatal intensive care unit. Beth currently serves as President of Council of Women and Infants' Specialty Hospitals (CWISH), comprised of 14 academic birthing hospitals across the country representing over 120,000 births annually.
