With more than 20 years of experience across technology, healthcare and life sciences, Catherine brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and innovation. At Sanofi, Catherine works at the intersection of digital innovation and corporate growth, building strategic partnerships that bring external capabilities and emerging technologies into the business. She combines an enterprise-wide perspective with hands-on dealmaking experience, helping organizations navigate the opportunities and complexities of translating innovation into business value. Prior to Sanofi, Catherine held leadership roles at Philips Healthcare and Hitachi. Based in the Boston area, Catherine regularly advises academia, venture capital, and emerging companies on growth, partnerships, and commercialization. She is passionate about how AI and digital technologies can reshape healthcare and how organizations can build the partnerships and capabilities needed to realize that potential. Catherine is a passionate advocate for women's health equity and co-founded Sanofi's first Women's Health Employee Resource Group (ERG), which has grown to become the company's largest global ERG.
