Christina Pardo

Dr. Christina Pardo is an academic obstetrician-gynecologist, public health leader, and community health advocate dedicated to advancing maternal health equity. She serves as Medical Director of the Women's Health Practice at Weill Cornell Medicine/NewYork-Presbyterian, where she leads clinical operations, quality improvement, and patient-centered initiatives serving diverse populations across New York City. Dr. Pardo's work bridges clinical care, research, and community engagement to address health-related social needs and disparities in maternal outcomes. She leads and collaborates on innovative programs that center community voices and foster cross-sector partnerships to improve care delivery and outcomes. A committed educator and mentor, Dr. Pardo supports the development of medical students and residents through experiential learning and quality improvement initiatives that integrate health equity, social determinants of health, and patient-centered care. Her scholarly work has been presented nationally and focuses on community-informed approaches to maternal health. Through her leadership, Dr. Pardo champions transformative models of care that uplift women, strengthen communities, and advance equitable health outcomes for all.
