Dr. Joanne Armstrong is Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Women's Health and Genomics at CVS Health, where she leads strategy, product development, clinical programs and cost management initiatives to advance women's health and genomics. A practicing OB-GYN and associate professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, she also provides patient care and supports medical education. Dr. Armstrong has over 20 years of experience across clinical care, public health and policy. She holds degrees from Cornell University, the University of Michigan and Rutgers University, New Jersey Medical School.
