Lyn Agostinelli brings over 39 years of experience in the life sciences and clinical practice as a registered nurse. She has led clinical programs across pharmaceutical and medical device companies, demonstrating strong clinical operations, project management, and quality assurance expertise. Lyn has supported sponsors in developing quality systems, preparing for inspections, and virtualizing clinical studies. Her therapeutic background spans cardiology, infectious disease, neuromodulation, asthma and allergy, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, hereditary hemophilia, and diabetes. Early‑stage and venture‑backed companies frequently rely on her broad experience to assess clinical feasibility and operational strategy.
