Mette Dyhrberg is a digital health innovator, economist, and autoimmune patient who has spent two decades building the framework medicine didn't have. Diagnosed with psoriasis at 14 and ultimately living with six concurrent autoimmune conditions, she founded Mymee — named among Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies (2021) and TIME's World's Top HealthTech Companies (2025) — to do what the system couldn't: identify the personal triggers driving disease. The platform delivered measurable outcomes for over 85% of moderate-to-severe patients and cut specialty Rx spend by 33% across three years of payer-validated data. Today, as Executive Director of the Autoimmune Registry, she is building that framework at scale. The Registry is creating the first cross-disease map of how autoimmune disease unfolds — connecting clinical data, patient experience, and environmental exposure across conditions. With 43% of patients carrying multiple autoimmune diagnoses, studying each disease in isolation has never been enough. The mission is quietly radical: to end the era of the avoidable second diagnosis. She is also Chairwoman of Health Tech Hub Copenhagen, a Digital Health Advisor to Verily, and holds an MSc in Economics from Aarhus University
