Mitzi Krockover

Mitzi Krockover, MD is a physician executive, healthcare investor, educator, and national leader in women's health innovation. She has spent her career advancing system-level approaches to women's health across the lifespan. Dr. Krockover is Managing Director and Health Sector Co-Lead at Golden Seeds, directing early-stage investment in women-led health and life-science companies. She is CEO of Woman Centered LLC, a media and consulting firm elevating women's health through strategy and thought leadership, and host of the Beyond the Paper Gown podcast. As Professor of Practice at Arizona State University's College of Health Solutions, she is developing women's health and innovation curricula and co-founded FemTech AZ to build a statewide innovation ecosystem.

Her leadership legacy includes founding the Iris Cantor–UCLA Women's Health Center and serving as Vice President of Women's Health at Humana, shaping enterprise-wide strategy. A board-certified internist, she brings clinical credibility to every initiative.

Dr. Krockover serves on the Board of the Black Women's Health Imperative and is a member of the Milken Institute Women's Health Network and Springboard Women's Health Innovation Council.
