VP Operations, Women’s Health Corewell Health

Nicole Turck, MS, BSN, serves as the Vice President of Operations for Women's Health at Corewell Health West Medical Group, a position she has held since 2018. She brings over 30 years of nursing experience, with credentials that include a BSN from Florida State University and a master's in health care administration from California State University, East Bay. In her current role, Nicole oversees strategic planning and daily operations for the women's health service line across Grand Rapids and nearby regions. Previously, she was the Chief Nursing Officer for three Sutter Health hospitals in California, ensuring quality standards and patient safety. Nicole is known for her commitment to advancing women's care, highlighted by her leadership in opening the region's first Women's Health and Wellness Center, an innovative interdisciplinary center focused on women's post-childbearing needs. She is a dedicated advocate for women's health and brings personal perspective as a mother to three young children and caregiver to her own mother. Balancing a dynamic professional life with family, Nicole values connection, travel, and self-care through exercise or meditation. She is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships, sharing experiences, and learning from others to continually improve the care women receive.
