Dr. Kimberley Sampson–Paine, MD, MSc, FACOG, DABOM, DACLM, MSCP, FOMA, is a board-certified OB/GYN, obesity medicine, and lifestyle medicine physician, and Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. She is also an Assistant Professor at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, Vice President of the New England Obesity Society, and Vice President of the Vermont Medical Society. Her work sits at the intersection of menopause, metabolism, and modern healthcare systems—challenging outdated narratives that fragment women's health and reframing menopause as a critical metabolic transition with lifelong implications.
