Nearest airport: Boston Logan International Airport (~3.4 miles away)
Travel time: ~20 minutes by taxi or ~1 hour via public transport.
Is parking available at the venue?
- Free self-parking daily
- Overnight parking for hotel guests only
How do I collect my badge when I arrive?
Main entrance: Convention Centre, follow signage to Picasso Ballroom, Casino Level.
Use QR code to print your badge. Staff available for support onsite.
Badges also available in the event app 2 weeks before the event.
Is there an event app and what does it include?
The app includes your digital badge, agenda, and networking tools. Download details shared closer to the show.
What else should I know? (Wi-Fi, food & drink, age policy)

Where can I purchase a Vendor / Supplier pass?
Purchase during registration via second tab. Each member must buy a pass. False registrations may be rejected.
What is a Vendor pass?
Vendor passes allow industry solution and service providers to attend without exhibiting, keeping the show floor focused and high-calibre.
What does a Vendor pass grant me access to?
- Attend sessions and talks
- Network with attendees and vendors
- Explore exhibition floor
How much is a Vendor pass?
Visitor entrance is free; Vendor / Supplier pass $399. Select correct option during registration.
What should I do when I arrive at the show?
Head to registration area, print badge with QR code. Staff available for support.
