Submission Guidelines

• Posters must be clear, concise, and visually engaging
• Ensure accurate spelling, grammar, and referencing
• Poster size: A0 (118.9 cm x 84.1 cm), portrait orientation only
• Horizontal posters will not be accepted
• Printing services are not provided. Please bring your printed poster onsite
• Posters must be submitted by 1 September 2026 and will be displayed subject to content approval on a first come, first served basis
• You must be registered to attend
• Presenters must be present to discuss their research and answer questions from attendees
