Isabel Green, MD, MHPE, is a minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon and Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Board-certified in OB/GYN, she specializes in the management of common yet often underrecognized conditions, including endometriosis, and chronic pelvic pain. She serves as physician lead of a multidisciplinary Endometriosis and Pain Clinic designed to bridge clinical silos and improve patient quality of life. Dr. Green completed her residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and fellowship training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at Georgetown University–MedStar. She also holds a Master's in the Education of the Health Professions from Johns Hopkins University and is an active educator and mentor. To expand her impact through education, she partners with internal medicine, family medicine, and primary care to improve recognition and management of chronic pelvic pain and reduce diagnostic delays. Dr. Green is an active researcher with more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and serves on the executive board of the International Pelvic Pain Society. Through her clinical, educational, and research efforts, she is committed to advancing equitable, high-quality care and shaping the future of women's health.
