Dr. Kesha O'Reilly is a nationally recognized public health policy expert dedicated to advancing health equity. As Director of Global HIV at Gilead Sciences, she leads efforts to address unmet needs and shape innovative, person-centered strategies that improve outcomes for communities worldwide. With a Doctor of Pharmacy from Howard University and a Master of Science in Population Health, from University of Mississippi, Dr. O'Reilly brings a multidisciplinary perspective to addressing health disparities and improving outcomes across diverse communities. A U.S. Army veteran and elected Trustee for Dallas College, she is deeply committed to community engagement, workforce development, and expanding access to education and health services. Through her leadership and advocacy, Dr. O'Reilly works at the intersection of policy, practice, and lived experience to drive meaningful change in public health. Her passion lies in ensuring that women and historically underserved populations are centered in conversations and solutions that shape the future of health.
