On-site Parking daily: $60.00
Additional Parking: Garage operated by SP+ Corp, not the Hotel. Available 11am-5:30pm day of arrival/departure. $30/hr for early arrival.
The main entrance to Future Alpha is on the 2nd floor, directly in front of the escalators.
Use your QR code to print your badge at one of the available printers, our friendly staff will be placed at registration to assist you with any queries you may have.
Yes – our event app includes your digital badge, agenda and networking tools. We’ll share download details closer to the show.
WIFI: Free venue Wi-Fi is available (unsupported).
Food & drink: Lunch will be available from 1:20pm – 2:20pm on Day 1 and 1pm – 2pm on Day 2. You will also find a coffee station and water stations dotted around the exhibition space.

Vendor FAQ
Information for solution and service providers attending Future Alpha as vendors.
During the registration webpage, select the Vendors pass, fill in the form and you can then purchase your ticket as part of this process.
Please note, each member of your organisation attending the show must purchase a vendor pass.
Important: All registrations are monitored. If you attempt to register using false information, your registration may be rejected.
When you arrive at Future Alpha, head to the registration area to print your badge. Staff will be available to assist with any registration issues.
These passes allow industry solution and service providers to attend without exhibiting, ensuring the show floor stays focused and high-calibre.
A vendor pass is $4999.
Vendor passes are a great way to get a feel of the show, meet other suppliers and gain perspective on the audience Future Alpha is connecting businesses with year on year.
