Looking Ahead to Future Alpha 2026: A Message from Rob Morgan

To those registered what an honour it will be to welcome you all to Future Alpha 2026 on 31 March and 1 April, in roughly five weeks’ time.

This year’s agenda has been shaped by an outstanding advisory board whose insight and candour ensured we built something both rigorous and relevant.

Future Alpha 2026 is built around three core tracks: Alpha, Risk, and Tech.

Across these pillars, you’ll find a carefully curated blend of strategy, quantitative research, portfolio construction, risk architecture, and technological innovation.

We’ve introduced onsite workshops and structured roundtable discussions to encourage genuine dialogue safe, open environments where you can test ideas, debate assumptions, and engage directly with peers and experts.

This year we are especially proud to expand our academic and early-career focus. Our PhD Poster Wall will showcase cutting-edge research from emerging talent across leading institutions, offering a platform for the next generation of quants and researchers to share their work with the industry. Alongside this, we are launching a dedicated Career Zone, supported by our valued partners: Cornell University, Carnegie Mellon University, New York University, NYU Stern School of Business, Columbia Business School, QWAFA and CQL. Together, they are helping us bridge academia and industry, ensuring Future Alpha continues to be a platform where careers, research, and capital markets intersect.

As our community grows, our goal remains simple: to educate, to inspire, and to drive the next generation of ideation and innovation across the multi-asset universe.

Thank you for being part of this community and I look forward to the conversations, collaborations, and ideas that will emerge when we meet onsite.

I look forward to seeing you in March.
