Frank is the Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Active Equities at CPP Investments. Active Equities’ mandate is to deliver alpha in the global public equity markets through fundamental security selection. Frank joined CPP Investments in 2007 and has held various senior leadership roles, including Head of Active Fundamental Equities, where he was responsible for managing a concentrated portfolio of equity investments and leading a team of sector specialists; and most recently Managing Director, Head of Research and Portfolio Strategy, leading data-driven research efforts and portfolio design and construction for Active Equities. Prior to joining CPP Investments, Frank was a Portfolio Manager responsible for public equity investments in the Media & Communications industry for Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Prior to that, he was an investment banker for BMO in the M&A group. Frank holds a BA in Economics and Management Science from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a Masters in Financial Economics from the University of Toronto. He is a CFA charterholder, and holds an ICD.D Director designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
