Dr. Elham Saeidinezhad is a Doctoral Lecturer in Finance at the Colin Powell School at CCNY. She also teaches at Columbia University (SIPA) and NYU Stern School of Business. Dr. Saeidinezhad is co-founder of CovenantLab Analytics, a research initiative focused on contract-implied discounting and liquidity modeling in private credit markets. She previously served as a Research Economist in the International Finance and Macroeconomics group at the Milken Institute in Santa Monica and currently serves as a Financial System Advisor for TheBlock FZCO, headquartered in Dubai. Her research sits at the intersection of Market Microstructure, Industrial Organization, and Financial Economics, with a strong focus on liquidity design, financial stability, and the evolving structure of modern credit markets. She leads the Market Microstructure Project, where she analyzes research from major financial institutions, tracks structural shifts in market architecture, and explores their implications for systemic risk and the future of central banking.
