Dr. Shangjie Guo is a quantum computing specialist in bp’s digital science and engineering team. Shangjie’s role is to pinpoint the synergies between quantum technologies and company’s businesses, benchmark and monitor the quantum technology development including computing, sensing, and cryptography, thus help shaping the overall digital strategy. Prior to bp, Shangjie graduated as a PhD in physics from University of Maryland, College Park.
